The authorization is given by the service provider. This system is able to carry a large number of TV channels, radio services, and other value-added services. In this system, the consumers can choose channels/services of their choice and pay only for the same.

"Set-top box" (STB) is a device, which is connected to a television set at the consumer premises and which allows a consumer to view encrypted channels of his choice. The basic function of the set-top box is to decrypt the channels and convert the digital signals into an analog mode for viewing on television sets. A smart card or viewing card is a part of a set-top box that allow only those channels to be viewed which are subscribed to by the consumer and authorized by the service provider.

Yes, bills/invoices and payment history are available on our “Rajesh Digital” Mobile Apps / Web portal where they can be easily downloaded and/or printed. I’m trying to pay for a renewal / I’m getting a new connection but I see the effective price more than the price indicated against the plan on your website. The plans/tariff displayed on the website is exclusive of the applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Unlike other providers in the market, we don’t have a Fair Usage Policy or enforce Traffic Management – that means we don’t artificially slow down your connection to allow other users to access our network, which would in turn make your speeds slower.

Yes, it is possible to actively use our internet services, without the use of a router, directly in conjunction with a PC / Laptop. This requires configuring a PPPoE/Dial-UP connection on the target computer.

Rajesh Digital does not deal in, routers of any kind. If the customer requires a router. We do provide routers at competitive prices, and the customer may choose to get one from us. No, You cannot change the package until your current subscription expires.

OTT Plan Activation

When You purchase any of our “Combo bundles or OTT plus internet offerings” the OTT subscription will be activated within 24 hours once your broadband plan is activated. You will receive SMS for activating your subscription on your registered mobile number. Customers can either click on the link mentioned in the provided text SMS or visit the respective OTT website and log in by using the provided credentials in the text SMS.

Mobile devices/TV: Smartphones, Smart TV’s and tablets can download OTT apps from a supported digital storefront. Personal computers: Most computers support OTT content viewing through desktop-based apps or web browsers.

You will receive a Login ID & Password on his RMN (Registered Mobile Number) with a supporting OTT App link.

You can reset the password on the respective OTT platform through your registered mobile number which is also your user id for logging into your OTT account.

OTT Plan Troubleshooting
